Our School Garden

This term we are investigating what it takes to grow the vegetables we see on the Food Pyramid.We have asked "What is a seed?" and looked at all different shapes and sizes of seeds through our digital microscope.We have asked "What does a vegetable need to grow well in a vege garden?" We have created a vege garden by the school hall. We've talked about compost and dug lots in. Mrs Hinton brought us some old silage from home to make our soil REALLY rich.
